Users retain ownership of their created memes. By minting an NFT through our platform, you are subject to the terms of the Solana blockchain and NFT standards. You agree to be the rightful owner of any content you create, and that it does not infringe on any third-party rights.

3. Prohibited Content

Users are prohibited from creating content that infringes on copyrights, contains illegal or harmful material, promotes hate speech, or violates our community guidelines. We reserve the right to remove any content that violates these terms.

4. Service Modifications

We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the service at any time without prior notice. This includes changes to the fee structure, blockchain integration, or any other aspect of the platform.

5. User Accounts and Security

You are responsible for maintaining the security of your wallet and private keys. We are not responsible for any loss of access to your wallet or funds due to lost passwords, seed phrases, or private keys.

6. Fees and Payments

Our platform charges fees for certain actions, such as generating memes (0.002 SOL) and minting NFTs (0.004 SOL). These fees are subject to change. All transactions are final and non-refundable.

7. Intellectual Property

The OnlyDads Meme Generator platform, including its logo, design, and code, is protected by intellectual property rights. You may not use our trademarks or branding without explicit permission.

8. Limitation of Liability

We are not liable for any damages arising from the use or inability to use our service, including blockchain transactions, wallet connections, or NFT minting. The platform is provided "as is" without any warranties.

9. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless OnlyDads, its affiliates, officers, and employees from any claims, damages, or liabilities arising from your use of the platform or violation of these terms.

10. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the service after such changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms. It is your responsibility to check for updates to these terms periodically.

11. Governing Law

These terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which OnlyDads operates, without regard to its conflict of law principles.
